Counter Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive sales turnover and market share for the Aveda brand through excellent service and retail standards
• Reflect a professional brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times
• Maximise sales through active selling and maintaining high retail standards
• Plan and implement local marketing and event initiatives aligned with retailer activity
• Manage daily replenishment and visual merchandising layouts according to brand guidelines
• Ensure excellent operational standards, including housekeeping, displays, and pricing
• Manage stock movements, deliveries, and administration within agreed timeframes
• Minimise stock loss by following all company security policies and procedures
• Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal customer base
• Handle refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines to ensure consumer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the industry
• Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• Ability to drive personal self-development and product knowledge
