Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial mapping and assessments of children, adolescents, and families
• Provide supportive, advisory, and therapeutic conversations with patients and guardians
• Coordinate care processes and collaborate with schools, social services, and other healthcare actors

Requirements

• Social worker degree (Socionom) with experience working with children and families
• Experience in both patient-facing clinical work and care coordination
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-professional team

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed healthcare counselor (legitimerad hälso- och sjukvårdskurator)
• Basic psychotherapy training in CBT
