Responsibilities

• Provide support and counseling to students regarding psychosocial issues
• Participate in the school's student health team and contribute your expertise
• Work preventatively and proactively to promote a good learning environment
• Collaborate with guardians and external actors as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work (Socionomexamen) or other relevant higher education
• Ability to create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues
• Solution-oriented with a professional approach
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people
• Knowledge of school governing documents and the student health mandate
