Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of counseling staff and multidisciplinary teams to gain clinical skills
• Facilitate education and process groups under supervision
• Complete documentation, biopsychosocial histories, and treatment plans
• Engage in individual and family counseling under clinical leadership
• Assist with patient interventions, retention, and discharge planning
• Maintain professional boundaries and patient confidentiality
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities

Requirements

• Seeking relevant licensure in the state of service
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
• Understanding of ethical standards for respective licensure boards

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
