Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is a growing behavioral healthcare treatment platform treating adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions, as well as adolescents with mental healthcare conditions. Responsibilities

• Provide individual case supervision
• Facilitate education and process groups under direction of counseling staff
• Complete documentation in a timely manner per policies
• Assist with patient interventions and retention
• Complete biopsychosocial histories and treatment plans
• Engage in individual and family counseling under supervision
• Assist in discharge planning
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities

Requirements

• Seeking relevant licensure in the state of service
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
• Understanding of ethical standards for respective licensure boards

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
