Their mission is to empower individuals and families to recover from addiction, trauma, mental illness, and other chronic medical conditions through comprehensive, integrated care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a culturally responsive manner
  • Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and needs assessments
  • Utilize ASAM criteria to make clinical recommendations for treatment levels
  • Conduct substance use screening and overdose assessments
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapeutic sessions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Manage client crises and de-escalation using trauma-informed approaches
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic records
  • Coordinate care with internal and external collaborators
  • Complete discharge notes and clinical reviews with insurance payers

Requirements

  • Substance Abuse Counseling Certificate or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • CAC, CADC, LADC, or LADC-II certification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a substance use therapy program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a multicultural setting with empathy and compassion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
