Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person clinical intakes, triage walk-ins, and assess mental health needs within the onsite clinic.
• Provide immediate short-term counseling, emotional support, and crisis de-escalation for employees.
• Design and facilitate psychoeducational workshops, seminars, and group therapy sessions tailored to the workforce.
• Partner with client HR and leadership to provide training on topics such as burnout and empathetic leadership.
• Manage the daily schedule and calendar of the onsite clinic to ensure efficient appointment flow.
• Maintain secure and accurate documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with data protection standards.
• Record clinic utilization metrics and workshop feedback to identify emerging mental health trends.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Counselling or Psychology.
• Several years of experience working in Counselling or Psychology.
• Ability to work onsite in Mumbai.
