Counsel/Senior Associate, Employment & Compensation

Responsibilities

• Advise on transactional matters including automatic transfers, consultation requirements, and drafting/negotiating relevant provisions
• Manage redundancy processes, including advising on procedural and consultation requirements for individual and collective processes
• Provide general advisory services on day-to-day queries such as terminations, settlement agreements, disciplinary procedures, and policy reviews
• Lead global or multi-jurisdictional HR projects and transactions
• Manage employment-related claims, providing strategic advice and attending conciliation hearings

Requirements

• Strong employment law experience gained from a leading practice
• Excellent academic record
• Proven commercial mindset and ability to build client relationships
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
