About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise on transactional matters including automatic transfers, consultation requirements, and drafting/negotiating relevant provisions
- Manage redundancy processes, including advising on procedural and consultation requirements for individual and collective processes
- Provide general advisory services on day-to-day queries such as terminations, settlement agreements, disciplinary procedures, and policy reviews
- Lead global or multi-jurisdictional HR projects and transactions
- Manage employment-related claims, providing strategic advice and attending conciliation hearings
Requirements
- Strong employment law experience gained from a leading practice
- Excellent academic record
- Proven commercial mindset and ability to build client relationships
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
