Counsel, Regulatory and Product

Responsibilities

• Execute the global licensing roadmap, managing new license applications (VASP, MTL, and international equivalents) across target jurisdictions.
• Own product compliance by partnering with Product and Engineering teams from ideation to launch to provide regulatory guardrails.
• Act as the primary regulatory liaison for inquiries, examinations, and reporting requirements to ensure global standing.
• Perform landscape analysis on global legislative shifts (such as MiCA and SEC/CFTC developments) and translate them into operational requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a regulatory attorney.
• Background in fintech, crypto, or institutional finance.
• Proven experience navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional licensing processes.
• Ability to translate opaque regulatory guidance into clear, actionable business advice.
