Counsel

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for the Purchasing and Supply Chain (PSC) functions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including master service agreements, supply agreements, NDAs, and logistics agreements.
• Provide general legal support across operational matters such as employment, EHS, immigration, and real estate.
• Assist with corporate governance, board materials, and corporate formalities.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and regulatory matters.
• Participate in the development of legal training and the implementation of company policies.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney (law firm or in-house).
• Admitted to practice in Ohio and in good standing, or eligible for immediate admission.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and/or international).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with labor and employment law or regulatory compliance.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong practical, risk-balanced business judgment.
