Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate technology and commercial agreements including SaaS, cloud services, and software development
• Negotiate business operation and content production agreements such as services, studio, and transmission agreements
• Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI/automation tools, and IP ownership
• Partner with production technology, engineering, IT, and finance teams
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks
• Oversee contract management processes and compliance monitoring
• Provide day-to-day legal counseling across engineering, IT, and executive leadership

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• 4–7+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, cloud, and technology agreements
• Experience in media, entertainment, sports media, or production environments
• Knowledge of contract law, intellectual property, and general corporate law
• Understanding of data protection and cybersecurity principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
