Counsel

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review an extensive range of commercial contracts for assigned business units.
• Review marketing collateral, educational materials, and promotional content for compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Counsel and advise on general corporate legal matters and provide strategic business partnership.
• Ensure compliance with company contract management processes and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research and support various legal matters as required by the regional team.

Requirements

• JD/Law degree from a leading U.S. law school.
• Active licensure to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial legal principles and superior drafting skills.
• Experience reviewing marketing and pricing materials for compliance with antitrust and anti-kickback laws.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and manage diverse matters simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working both in-house and at a law firm.
• Proven ability to provide proactive and practical legal solutions to business partners.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
