Costumier

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and mend costumes at a proficient level
• Use industry skills to operate multiple machines and perform advanced pattern making
• Execute exclusive garment cutting, manufacture, and character maintenance
• Conduct fittings and measurement taking across various theme parks
• Assist in preparing costumes for promotions, events, filming, and tours
• Sort costumes into wardrobe racking and storage rails
• Deliver costumes to required venues and assist with dressing for park shows and auditions

Requirements

• Industry experience equivalent to a minimum Cert 2 or 3 level of sewing skills
• Accredited training or industry experience in garment assembly and pattern drafting
• Comprehensive knowledge of full garment assembly
• Essential experience in garment grading
• Valid Driver's License is essential
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
