About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out cost studies by analyzing input data, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Identify and recommend ways to optimize system costs
- Drive cost/performance benchmarking and value analysis studies
- Build detailed study reports according to quality standards
- Participate in early need analysis and present study results to customers
- Assess workload, timelines, and technical risks for projects
- Update technical content, guidelines, and internal tools
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanics, electronics, applied physics, automation, systems, or manufacturing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a major engineering company as a systems, technical design, or cost engineer
- Knowledge of Power Electronics manufacturing (inverters, DC/DC converters, junction boxes for EVs)
- Experience with SiC technology, SiC MOSFETs, capacitors, and IGBT modules
- Understanding of PCB assembly, packaging, and thermal management technologies
- Knowledge of inverter/converter topologies and wide bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN)
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
