Costing and Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform costing and material view creations, including master data maintenance and Bacardi trading flow management.
• Process master data governance tickets related to material creations, cost calculations, and transfer price calculations.
• Calculate, review, and post accounting journal entries.
• Execute monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and month-end close processes across SAP and the Standard Cost System (STC).
• Support auditor requests and ensure compliance with SOX controls.
• Generate costing and inventory reports to support specific entity or business needs.
• Support the implementation of new projects from a costing and inventory perspective.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Exposure to SAP or similar ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables and formulas.
• Minimum 75% fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment.
• Technical mastery in standard costing, inventory flows, transfer pricing, and variances accounting.
