Cost Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop execution strategies to meet company plans and goals
• Provide guidance and consulting to the work team and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external departmental obligations
• Report estimated CAPEX closing dates to Corporate and manage asset registration in SAP
• Manage Fixed Asset control, including labeling, identification, and documentation
• Support the preparation and interpretation of month-end and year-end financial reports
• Analyze and interpret current and future production costs
• Analyze production cost variations and identify root causes
• Analyze financial variations and propose effective countermeasures
• Support annual budget preparation and monthly production expense estimations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting
• 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of tax and fiscal aspects
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Valid Visa and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Administration, Finance, Taxes, or Industrial Costs
