Cost & Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for all operational needs across the resort and zoo.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Conduct market research to identify optimal suppliers and cost-saving solutions.
• Prepare and manage the procurement budget, ensuring all expenditures align with financial constraints.
• Monitor, track, and analyze departmental costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or service.
• Prepare detailed cost analysis reports and present procurement performance updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, hospitality, and maintenance teams to support their specific procurement needs.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and sustainability standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or cost management.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and control costs effectively.
• Proficiency with procurement software and financial management systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
