Cost Planning and Forecasting

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex cost modelling and commercial tasks within an integrated workforce
• Lead and support ACEASPO and Project cost modelling for unapproved money
• Assist in determining appropriate phasings for future cooperative arrangements regarding portfolio budget pressures
• Contribute to broader Cooperative Project cost estimation, financial management, and accounting expertise
• Build and sustain productive relationships with international partners, ACEASPO Exec, and Project Managers
• Provide specialist advice on costing management policy, processes, and procurement activities
• Support the standardisation and delivery of ACEASPO financial reporting, including monthly and APR reports
• Provide guidance and training to grow the commercial financial acumen of the team

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in cost estimation and forecasting
• Proven experience within the CASG or Defence sector
• Active NV1 Security Clearance
• Expertise in cost modelling and financial reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing work demands
