Cost Planner

Responsibilities

• Advise and support clients from strategic planning to project completion
• Develop cost, economic, and decision-making bases including risk analyses
• Manage cost planning and control across all project phases
• Coordinate projects in line with cross-project objectives
• Represent client interests towards planners, authorities, and companies
• Help design and further develop internal processes and methods

Requirements

• Training as a structural draughtsman with further education or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, building economics, construction management, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry, ideally in cost planning
• Very good knowledge of Swiss construction standards and planning/execution processes
• Analytical and economic thinking skills
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
