About the role

Responsibilities

  • Measure all elements required for the preparation of cost plans
  • Price individual items within cost plans from first principles, including market engagement
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and compile benchmarking and market intelligence data
  • Assess tender returns and prepare formal tender recommendation reports
  • Manage contractor variations and assess payment claims
  • Prepare payment recommendations to the Superintendent
  • Utilize digital tools and the Hive platform for the implementation of all deliverables

Requirements

  • 3+ years of post-graduate experience in cost management
  • AIQS or RICS membership, or currently on the pathway to membership
  • Proven experience across the full project life cycle, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience using CostX
