About the role
Responsibilities
- Measure all elements required for the preparation of cost plans
- Price individual items within cost plans from first principles, including market engagement
- Prepare detailed cost reports and compile benchmarking and market intelligence data
- Assess tender returns and prepare formal tender recommendation reports
- Manage contractor variations and assess payment claims
- Prepare payment recommendations to the Superintendent
- Utilize digital tools and the Hive platform for the implementation of all deliverables
Requirements
- 3+ years of post-graduate experience in cost management
- AIQS or RICS membership, or currently on the pathway to membership
- Proven experience across the full project life cycle, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience using CostX
