About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of cost management services for construction projects and ensure cost control and quality objectives are met
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee estimating, cost planning, and monthly post-contract cost reports
- Lead value engineering, life cycle costing, and commercial negotiations
- Manage invoicing processes and project compliance using D-365
- Implement cost control mechanisms for schedule, risk, and change management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
- Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
- Strong leadership and client management skills
- Native or business-level proficiency in English
