About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of cost management services for construction projects and ensure cost control and quality objectives are met
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee estimating, cost planning, and monthly post-contract cost reports
  • Lead value engineering, life cycle costing, and commercial negotiations
  • Manage invoicing processes and project compliance using D-365
  • Implement cost control mechanisms for schedule, risk, and change management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
  • Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
  • Strong leadership and client management skills
  • Native or business-level proficiency in English
