Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the client on commercial strategy, vendor prequalification, and bid evaluation
• Manage estimating services across the full project lifecycle, including construction and direct works
• Establish and maintain cost reporting processes, forecasting, and budget tracking
• Oversee cost control processes, including payment applications and change management
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with approved scopes and schedules
• Manage invoicing processes and support financial governance and audit compliance
• Lead final account close-out and post-contract reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or estimating
• Experience in corporate real estate, commercial fit-out, or large-scale capital projects
• Ability to operate in a client-facing, advisory capacity
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies and commercial controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Consultancy experience
• RICS accreditation or working towards it
• Experience in highly governed environments with multiple stakeholders
