Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on procurement strategies and manage vendor prequalification
• Manage estimating services across full project scope and validate vendor pricing
• Lead cost reporting, including forecasting, budgeting, and commercial risk registers
• Manage cost control processes, payment application reviews, and change order assessments
• Support dispute prevention and resolution related to contracts and payments
• Monitor invoicing processes and benchmark cost performance
• Lead final accounting, post-contract audits, and project close-out activities
• Utilize cost management tools and estimating software

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in construction cost management
• Experience with medium to large-scale construction projects (data center, industrial, or mission-critical preferred)
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of procurement, value management, and cost control practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• RICS accreditation or working toward accreditation
