Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategies, vendor prequalification, and bid leveling
• Manage estimating services for full projects, including construction and fees
• Develop and maintain commercial risk registers and cost reports
• Oversee cost control processes, payment applications, and change orders
• Monitor invoicing and manage final accounting and post-contract audits
• Perform duties using Bid Analysis Sheets, Change Control Forms, and estimating software

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, or highly serviced projects preferred
• Knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• RICS accreditation or working towards it
• Experience in MEP-intensive environments
• Construction consultancy experience
