About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on strategies, vendor prequalification, and bid leveling
- Manage estimating services for full projects, including construction and fees
- Develop and maintain commercial risk registers and cost reports
- Oversee cost control processes, payment applications, and change orders
- Monitor invoicing and manage final accounting and post-contract audits
- Perform duties using Bid Analysis Sheets, Change Control Forms, and estimating software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
- 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, or highly serviced projects preferred
- Knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- RICS accreditation or working towards it
- Experience in MEP-intensive environments
- Construction consultancy experience
