Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategies, vendor prequalification, and bid assessments
• Manage estimating services for full projects, including construction and direct work costs
• Establish cost reporting schedules and maintain commercial risk registers
• Oversee cost control processes, including payment applications and change orders
• Manage invoicing, final accounting, and post-contract audits
• Conduct post-contract reviews to establish lessons learned
• Utilize Bid Analysis Sheets, Change Control Forms, and Cost Estimating Software

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or estimating
• Experience supporting medium to large-scale construction projects
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and procurement routes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Consultancy experience
• Progress toward or attainment of RICS accreditation
