About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform pre and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, and contract administration
- Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
- Manage tendering and procurement activities, including tender analysis and contractual documents
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to clients
- Conduct cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering
- Negotiate and approve final accounts
- Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages
Requirements
- Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Technical knowledge of Data centres or related facility asset types
- Strong knowledge of construction and procurement methods
- Proficiency with estimating tools, spreadsheets, and databases
- Strong organizational, listening, and communication skills
- German language skills are advantageous
