About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end service delivery as a Commission Manager to meet client objectives
- Assist on feasibility studies and write procurement reports
- Execute cost planning, estimating, and tendering using digital tools like The Hive and eTender Platform
- Act as contract administrator, managing post-contract cost variances and change control
- Conduct cost checks and valuations for large-scale projects
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to clients
- Negotiate and agree on final accounts
- Interface with clients, Project Managers, and other consultants
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in bid documentation
- Mentor and support junior staff members
Requirements
- Ability to work with autonomy and initiative
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Working towards or recently achieved RICS Chartered Status
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate and build professional relationships
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
