About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of cost management for single real estate projects throughout planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
  • Assess project scope and client needs to develop recommended budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating
  • Partner with project teams to oversee pre-bid and pre-construction services
  • Ensure all work is funded in compliance with client internal policies
  • Review and report all bid responses to the client, including recommendations for allowances and contingencies
  • Align cost plans with project master schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to provide innovative solutions
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of job disciplines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
  • Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources
  • Fluency in Dutch
