About the role

Responsibilities

  • Measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plan
  • Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principals including market engagement
  • Preparation of cost reports
  • Assessment of tender returns and preparation of tender recommendation reports
  • Assessment of contractor variations
  • Assessment of contractor payment claims and preparation of payment recommendations
  • Compilation of benchmarking and market intelligence data
  • Utilisation of digital offerings for implementation of all deliverables

Requirements

  • 3+ years post graduate experience
  • AIQS or RICS membership (or currently on the pathway to membership)
  • Experience across the full project life cycle including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CostX
