3+ years post graduate experience, AIQS or RICS membership, Project life cycle experience, CostX experience preferred

About the role
Responsibilities
- Measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plan
- Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principals including market engagement
- Preparation of cost reports
- Assessment of tender returns and preparation of tender recommendation reports
- Assessment of contractor variations
- Assessment of contractor payment claims and preparation of payment recommendations
- Compilation of benchmarking and market intelligence data
- Utilisation of digital offerings for implementation of all deliverables
Requirements
- 3+ years post graduate experience
- AIQS or RICS membership (or currently on the pathway to membership)
- Experience across the full project life cycle including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CostX
