Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Support international clients in the realization of complex new construction and renovation projects in Office, Retail, or Industrial sectors
• Create cost estimates, planning, and cost schedules
• Manage cost control and actively contribute to the development of cost controlling tools
• Act effectively regarding cost deviations within the change process
• Serve as a competent advisor and promote constructive cooperation with client departments and planning teams

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or control of complex building projects
• Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in cost management or cost controlling
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Analytical and creative thinking skills for complex problem-solving
