About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments
  • Monitor and track project costs against approved budgets
  • Assist in preparing tender documentation for structural works, façade, and architectural finishes
  • Support tender processes including quotation comparison and cost evaluation
  • Manage variations, change orders, and cost adjustments
  • Review contractor claims and progress payments
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and track project cash flow
  • Support value engineering exercises to improve cost efficiency
  • Identify potential cost risks and suggest practical solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10 years’ experience in cost management or quantity surveying
  • Experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
  • Familiarity with Vietnam construction practices and local contractors
  • Experience working with consultants
