About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments
- Monitor and track project costs against approved budgets
- Assist in preparing tender documentation for structural works, façade, and architectural finishes
- Support tender processes including quotation comparison and cost evaluation
- Manage variations, change orders, and cost adjustments
- Review contractor claims and progress payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports and track project cash flow
- Support value engineering exercises to improve cost efficiency
- Identify potential cost risks and suggest practical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in cost management or quantity surveying
- Experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
- Familiarity with Vietnam construction practices and local contractors
- Experience working with consultants
