About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare consistent and accurate cost estimates and elemental cost plans for capital building projects using NRM1
- Support scheme delivery to maintain control of the approved baseline including cost assurance and risk review
- Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to support commercial decision making
- Identify and contribute to the management of risks, threats, and opportunities
- Support business case reviews and client governance
- Contribute to change control and cost assessment of changes
- Engage with Trusts, Cost Consultants, and Contractors to maintain robust reporting
- Support the adoption and development of client-created tools and products
Requirements
- Experience using NRM1/2 across projects of varying scales
- Relevant technical qualification with a track record in delivering major projects and programmes
- Strong client-focused approach and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in construction consultancy or healthcare/life science projects is advantageous
- Working towards or holding an applicable professional qualification
