About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare consistent and accurate cost estimates and elemental cost plans using NRM1
- Support scheme delivery to maintain control of approved baselines through cost assurance and risk review
- Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to support commercial decision making
- Identify and manage project risks, including threats and opportunities
- Contribute to change control and cost assessment of changes
- Engage with Trusts, Cost Consultants, and Contractors to maintain robust reporting
- Support business case reviews and client governance
Requirements
- Experience using NRM1/2 across projects of varying scales
- Relevant technical qualification with a track record in major projects and programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and client-focused approach
- Experience in construction consultancy or healthcare/life science projects is advantageous
- Working towards or holding an applicable professional qualification
