About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare consistent and accurate cost estimates and elemental cost plans using NRM1
  • Support scheme delivery to maintain control of approved baselines and cost assurance
  • Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to support commercial decision making
  • Identify and manage project risks, including threats and opportunities
  • Contribute to change control and cost assessment of changes
  • Engage with Trusts, Cost Consultants, and Contractors to maintain robust reporting
  • Support business case reviews and client governance

Requirements

  • Experience using NRM1/2 across projects of varying scales
  • Relevant technical qualification with a track record in major projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-focused approach
  • Experience in construction consultancy or healthcare/life science projects is advantageous
  • Ability to work within complex transformation programmes
