About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead cost management delivery across fit-out packages within large aviation estates
- Manage cost planning, estimating, budget control and reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Oversee procurement strategy, tender documentation, evaluation, and contract negotiation
- Provide cost advice to clients, design teams, and operational leads within live airports
- Manage change control, risk, value engineering, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with governance and programme controls requirements
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider team development
Requirements
- Experience in delivering cost management or quantity surveying services on Cat A and Cat B fit out projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost models
- Experience using digital software for cost management services
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Working towards a professional qualification such as RICS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Aviation sector
