About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead cost management delivery across fit-out packages within large aviation estates
  • Manage cost planning, estimating, budget control and reporting throughout project lifecycle
  • Oversee procurement strategy, tender documentation, evaluation, and contract negotiation
  • Provide cost advice to clients, design teams, and operational leads within live airports
  • Manage change control, risk, value engineering, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with governance and programme controls requirements
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider team development

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering cost management or quantity surveying services on Cat A and Cat B fit out projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost models
  • Experience using digital software for cost management services
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Degree or HNC level qualification
  • Working towards a professional qualification such as RICS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Aviation sector
