About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide estimate and cost planning including producing and presenting final cost plans
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients to resolve delivery and commercial issues
  • Manage pre and post-contract duties such as procurement, tendering, and contract administration
  • Perform procurement tasks including pre-qualification, bid analysis, and compiling contractual documents
  • Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on large projects
  • Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients
  • Lead the evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets
  • Identify opportunities for new business and process improvements

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cost management or quantity surveying across the construction lifecycle
  • Experience in MEP construction, industrial, or pharma sectors
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience leading cost management on medium to large complex construction projects
  • Knowledge of value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
