About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments
  • Provide cost advice on structure, façade, finishing works, and building systems
  • Monitor and track project costs against approved budgets
  • Prepare tender documentation for structural works, façade, and infrastructure
  • Support tender processes including quotation comparison and cost evaluation
  • Manage variations, change orders, and cost adjustments
  • Review contractor claims and progress payments
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and track project cash flow
  • Support value engineering exercises to improve cost efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience in cost management or commercial roles
  • Proven track record in office fit-out, industrial, or residential projects
  • Experience in a cost consultancy or client advisory environment
  • Exposure to multi-package procurement and fast-track project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent
