About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage total project costs to deliver positive client outcomes
  • Deliver a full range of Quantity Surveying services from design to close-out
  • Perform cost management, contract administration, quantity measurement, and cost planning
  • Execute procurement processes including tendering, assessment, and contract documentation
  • Monitor and verify variations, claims, payments, and final accounts
  • Produce monthly cost reports and conduct market surveys for commercial aspects
  • Interface proactively with clients and consultants at all project stages

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, or Transportation
  • 4–10 years of experience in Cost Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, CostX, and BIM
  • Experience across sectors such as public sector, industrial, semiconductor, data centers, or infrastructure
  • Familiarity with the Vietnam construction market, including contractors and suppliers
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
