About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, and contract administration
  • Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
  • Execute estimating and cost planning to produce final cost plans
  • Manage tendering and procurement activities, including tender analysis and contractual documentation
  • Conduct timely cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reports
  • Interface with clients and consultants across all project stages
  • Manage cost variances, change control processes, and cost risk analysis
  • Perform value engineering and negotiate final accounts

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of Data Centres or related facility asset types
  • Knowledge of construction and procurement methods
  • Experience with estimating tools, applications, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Proven cost or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level)
  • Availability for full-time onsite work in Frankfurt
