About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform pre and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement, and contract administration
- Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
- Execute estimating and cost planning to produce final cost plans
- Manage tendering and procurement activities, including tender analysis and contractual documentation
- Conduct timely cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reports
- Interface with clients and consultants across all project stages
- Manage cost variances, change control processes, and cost risk analysis
- Perform value engineering and negotiate final accounts
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of Data Centres or related facility asset types
- Knowledge of construction and procurement methods
- Experience with estimating tools, applications, spreadsheets, and databases
- Proven cost or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level)
- Availability for full-time onsite work in Frankfurt
