About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement strategy, sourcing plans, and package structuring for CSA and MEP packages
  • Manage full tender lifecycle including RFQ/RFP, bid analysis, and award
  • Conduct commercial bid evaluations and lead contract negotiations
  • Draft and manage contracts using frameworks such as FIDIC and NEC
  • Manage procurement of key MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and data centre infrastructure
  • Build and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and supply chain partners
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance frameworks

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in procurement or commercial roles within construction or infrastructure
  • Strong experience managing CSA and MEP procurement packages
  • Proven track record in tendering, contract negotiation, and cost control
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or NEC contracts
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
