About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy, sourcing plans, and package structuring for CSA and MEP packages
- Manage full tender lifecycle including RFQ/RFP, bid analysis, and award
- Conduct commercial bid evaluations and lead contract negotiations
- Draft and manage contracts using frameworks such as FIDIC and NEC
- Manage procurement of key MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and data centre infrastructure
- Build and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and supply chain partners
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance frameworks
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in procurement or commercial roles within construction or infrastructure
- Strong experience managing CSA and MEP procurement packages
- Proven track record in tendering, contract negotiation, and cost control
- Familiarity with FIDIC or NEC contracts
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
