About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage total project costs and deliver positive outcomes for clients
  • Perform cost management and contract administration duties
  • Prepare tender documents, reports, and contract documentation
  • Monitor and verify variations, claims, payments, and final accounts
  • Produce monthly cost reports
  • Interface professionally with clients and consultants throughout all project stages

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of experience in cost management specializing in MEP cost estimating
  • Strong analytical skills regarding MEP trades
  • Expertise in cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, value engineering, and tendering
  • Technical knowledge of MEP systems including chillers, cooling towers, generators, and BMS
  • Experience in a consultancy background preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
