About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage total project costs and deliver positive outcomes for clients
- Perform cost management and contract administration duties
- Prepare tender documents, reports, and contract documentation
- Monitor and verify variations, claims, payments, and final accounts
- Produce monthly cost reports
- Interface professionally with clients and consultants throughout all project stages
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in cost management specializing in MEP cost estimating
- Strong analytical skills regarding MEP trades
- Expertise in cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, value engineering, and tendering
- Technical knowledge of MEP systems including chillers, cooling towers, generators, and BMS
- Experience in a consultancy background preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
