About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage full pre- and post-contract cost management activities for semiconductor projects
  • Lead tendering and procurement processes including tender analysis and contract documentation
  • Support change control and resolve post-contract cost variances
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and participate in stakeholder presentations
  • Contribute to value engineering to optimize design and construction sequencing
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support knowledge management by capturing lessons learned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of cost management or construction experience
  • Experience within industrial or semiconductor facility projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of QS methodologies and procurement processes
  • Proficiency in Cost-X or similar estimating software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
