About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full pre- and post-contract cost management activities for semiconductor projects
- Lead tendering and procurement processes including tender analysis and contract documentation
- Support change control and resolve post-contract cost variances
- Prepare monthly cost reports and participate in stakeholder presentations
- Contribute to value engineering to optimize design and construction sequencing
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support knowledge management by capturing lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of cost management or construction experience
- Experience within industrial or semiconductor facility projects preferred
- Strong understanding of QS methodologies and procurement processes
- Proficiency in Cost-X or similar estimating software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
