Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets across several venues in a sports cluster or group
• Forecast cash flows and categorize costs according to agreed reporting groups
• Review invoices in partnership with Venue Delivery teams
• Reconcile invoicing with contract terms and purchase orders
• Review financial change orders and manage program budget categories
• Prepare, validate, and cost change requests
• Evaluate RFP financial submissions and provide accurate budgets for procurement
• Assist in the preparation of pre-tender estimates

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project cost management or finance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Expert knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI
• Experience with infrastructure projects and/or sport and events delivery
• Ability to work onsite in a Downtown Los Angeles-based office

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction experience
• Project management experience
