Cost Manager - Data Centre

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans for CSA works
• Provide cost advice during design development on structural systems and architectural elements
• Manage tender processes including pre-qualification, analysis, and evaluation
• Manage change control processes, variation assessments, and cost impact analysis
• Review and certify contractor progress payments and monitor cost performance
• Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and MEP teams to ensure integrated delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Construction Management
• 5–10 years of cost management experience focusing on CSA/structural and architectural works
• Proven experience in data centre, industrial, or large-scale construction projects
• Experience within a cost consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, sequencing, and materials
• Solid knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
