About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans for CSA works
- Provide cost advice during design development on structural systems and architectural elements
- Manage tender processes including pre-qualification, analysis, and evaluation
- Manage change control processes, variation assessments, and cost impact analysis
- Review and certify contractor progress payments and monitor cost performance
- Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and MEP teams to ensure integrated delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Construction Management
- 5–10 years of cost management experience focusing on CSA/structural and architectural works
- Proven experience in data centre, industrial, or large-scale construction projects
- Experience within a cost consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of CSA construction methods, sequencing, and materials
- Solid knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
