Cost Manager - Data Centers

Responsibilities

• Assist on feasibility studies and write procurement reports
• Perform estimating and cost planning, including presenting final cost plans to clients
• Manage tendering and procurement processes, including pre-qualification stages
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
• Conduct cost checks and valuations for large projects
• Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports
• Contribute to value engineering efforts
• Negotiate and agree on final accounts
• Interface with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages
• Lead cost management teams where appropriate

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Proven track record in cost management or quantity surveying across the full project lifecycle
• Experience leading cost management for large, complex construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office software
