Cost Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Formulate annual budget plans
• Manage budget execution and explain variances to the Finance team
• Negotiate costs with external vendors, including unit prices and hourly wages
• Manage project management tasks for new initiatives
• Monitor fixed and variable costs to identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in roles requiring logical and critical thinking
• Experience negotiating with external stakeholders, including managing conflicts of interest
• Native or N1-level Japanese proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ months of general professional experience
