Cost Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate annual budget plans for Sort Center operations
• Manage cost execution and perform budget vs. actual analysis
• Communicate financial results and budget variances to the Finance team
• Negotiate costs with external vendors, including unit prices and hourly wages
• Lead project management for new cost-optimization initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in roles requiring logical and critical thinking
• Proven experience negotiating with external stakeholders, including managing conflicts of interest
• Native or N1 level Japanese fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
