About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform cost benchmarking, estimating, and cost planning
- Execute value engineering and prepare tender documents
- Conduct tender analysis and evaluate contractor quotations
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Manage post-contract change orders and monthly cost reports
- Agree on final accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management or construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in client management and advisory roles
- Background in civils, structural, or architectural disciplines
