Cost Management Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Cost Managers for the Semiconductor Sector
• Oversee cost management service delivery and client engagement
• Lead communications with clients and manage team accountabilities
• Conduct research on construction market conditions and produce thought leadership reports
• Manage strategic and operational aspects including resource planning and financial management
• Drive business growth through business development and identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure quality control and compliance with ISO standards and internal audits
• Manage financial tracking including revenue, margin levels, and monthly fees
• Prepare proposals and RFP responses for new clients and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• 15+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing cost management teams in a consulting environment
• Proven track record in successful cost management service delivery
• Experience in major construction sectors such as commercial real estate, data centers, or industrial manufacturing
• Strong business development acumen
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering
