Cost Management Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Cost Managers for the Semiconductor Sector
• Oversee cost management service delivery and client engagement
• Lead communications with clients and manage team accountabilities
• Conduct research on construction market conditions and produce thought leadership reports
• Manage strategic and operational aspects including resource planning and financial management
• Drive business development, identify cross-selling opportunities, and prepare RFP responses
• Ensure quality control, compliance with ISO standards, and internal BMS audits
• Track revenue, margins, and monthly fees using internal software
• Mentor staff and partner with talent acquisition to manage future staffing needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• 15+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing cost management teams in a consulting environment
• Proven track record in managing successful cost management service delivery
• Strong business development acumen and ambition to drive growth
• Experience in major construction sectors such as commercial real estate, data centers, or industrial manufacturing
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering
